Nombor4d Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' access to and use of the nombor4d platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the nombor4d platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the nombor4d platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and nombor4d as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The nombor4d platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally eligible to participate in the services offered.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
To use nombor4d's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and login credentials secure and for not sharing them with any third party. nombor4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the nombor4d platform for any unlawful purposes, including fraud, money laundering, or activities that may compromise platform security. Any attempt to hack, alter, or disrupt platform systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful or harmful to other users.
- Comply with all applicable local laws in Malaysia while using the platform.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the nombor4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). nombor4d accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including FPX and local e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.
Deposits are processed within the timeframe indicated, depending on your chosen payment method. nombor4d is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Please ensure your bank account name matches the name registered on your nombor4d account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification for first-time withdrawals. nombor4d reserves the right to request additional documents for compliance purposes. Verified withdrawals will be processed within the business hours stipulated by the platform.
Nombor4d reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity. For transaction disputes, users may contact nombor4d support for clarification within 30 days of the transaction date.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Nombor4d reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in cases of terms and conditions violations, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or false registration information. All suspension and account closure decisions are final and at the sole discretion of nombor4d.
If your account has been suspended for reasons that can be resolved, you may contact nombor4d support to submit an appeal. Balances in suspended accounts may be frozen during the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, any verified balance will be returned to the confirmed account holder.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting nombor4d support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures before the account is fully closed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Nombor4d is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or access issues beyond nombor4d's control. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on the nombor4d platform are the exclusive property of nombor4d and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from nombor4d.
Third-Party Links
The nombor4d platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. nombor4d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Nombor4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the nombor4d platform will be resolved in a competent court in Malaysia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
